Satellite Engineering Group(SEG) to Demonstrate Tulix Systems' IPTV & Cloud Playout Solutions at NAB
LAS VEGAS, NV APRIL 24, 2017. Tulix Systems, Inc. today announced that two of the core modules in their suite of OTT solutions will be featured in the Satellite Engineering Group booth this week at NAB. Tulix is known for its high-performance Streaming CDN and its video delivery capabilities, but it also has one of the most innovative, easy to use and cost-effective OTT solutions on the market today.
"We’re excited to have worked with SEG and TVC to create this unique and powerful demonstration. We are streaming both live and stored video sources, recreating the experience of a live linear channel in the IPTV environment," said Peter Forman, COO of Tulix. "This economical but full-featured cloud-based solution will be attractive to broadcasters who want to quickly turn their VOD assets into OTT linear channels without sacrificing the ability to insert live feeds."
"I’ve been amazed by the ease with which we’ve been able to configure our demonstration for the show using Tulix’s off-the-shelf modules,” said Chris Childs, Director of Broadcast & Network Sales at SEG. “We are very excited to offer this solution to our customers."
